How to Search Ministries through FulfillURMinistry.org

First, Use Our Keyword Search Bar

Start your search using the keyword search bar in the top right corner of any page. You can use keywords for the type of ministry you’re interested in, the locations you wish to serve, or even a language you’d like to work with. You can also utilize our Advanced Filtering options to narrow your search further; this is accessible at the top of any search results page.

Note:  Please note that full profiles only exist for organizations who have partnered with FURM thus far. FURM is working to build these partnerships on a daily basis.

Second, Help Your Future Self

Like anything you see? Create an Active Viewer account to have the ability to take notes right on that profile page! This will come in handy as you search more and more. Organizations start to jumble together once you’ve been through a couple dozen…we know – we’ve been through thousands!

Third, Make Contact

Contact the organizations you’re interested in, even if all you have is a question. They want to hear from you! Don’t forget to be as detailed as possible in your communication with them. It’s okay to be honest and to ask the hard questions from the start. Like those financial questions, go ahead and get them out of the way, everyone has them and they’re used to it! And if you Become an Active Viewer, you can even send them a personal Missions Resume, describing yourself and what you’re searching for!

Last, Leave Feedback

Help FURM and others know about experiences you’ve had with organizations, share how your search process went on our site, and share how organizations have responded to you when you’ve reached out. We value your testimonials and want to help you and our organizations have better experiences connecting. This means we also want to hear whether or not our site was effective and user-friendly enough for you! Leave general feedback or you can leave feedback regarding communications or experiences with specific organizations by Becoming an Active Viewer.

Make the Process Easier, Become an Active Viewer!

• You’ll be able to make notes about different profiles so you can come back later and pick up right where you left off in your search.
• You’ll be able to send a message directly to an organization you’re interested in to let them know you want more information or to ask a question.
• You’ll have the ability to create a Missions Resume, explaining yourself, your experiences, and what you’re interested in. This can then be attached to a message you send through our site as well!
• You can leave feedback on organization’s responsiveness, cooperation, public appeal, and easily share a profile with a friend when you find something that fits him/her perfectly (because we’re sure you will!).
