Youth With A Mission is an international movement of Christians from many denominations dedicated to presenting Jesus Christ personally to this generation, to mobilizing as many as possible to help in this task, and to the training and equipping of believers for their part in fulfilling the Great Commission. Training Required for Service:

A DTS (discipleship training school) and SOE (school of evangelism) are required before someone can join YWAM Staff.

Training Provided by Organization:

The two schools listed above are 6 months each. We also have numerous other schools that range from 3-12 months.

This really depends and changes for each situation. All of our staff and students have pastoral care leaders that they meet with regularly.
