Anyone wishing to apply for staff must complete a Discipleship Training School.

Training Provided by Organization:

Discipleship Training Schools start every January, April and September. They include 12 weeks of lecture in a classroom setting, followed by 10 weeks on an international outreach.

Long-Term Missionary Accountability Practices:

Our Frontiers department offers pastoral care for all long-term missionaries. Depending on the need, they do pastoral visits, send short-term teams or mail care packages. They will do anything and everything possible to keep a missionary healthy and on the field.
