Organization Provided Funding:
It is our desire that our DTS staff would be subsidized in some of their travel costs. This is not a rule, but a goal.
Organization Provided Benefits:
N/A, though we anticipate this will change as we grow.
Training Required for Service:
For some of our trips we require training. The DTS requirement for full time staff with our ministry still stands. Though we do offer trips for youth groups or other groups without training.
Training Provided by Organization:
For full time service with YWAM Battle Ground, one must do a Discipleship Training School (DTS). The DTS is available through YWAM Battle Ground and is a 6 month training program. These are available twice a year at this time, with more frequency as we grow.
Long-Term Missionary Accountability Practices:
Regular pastoral care and visits along with ample training and resources within our community and networked communities around the world.
