General
Organizational Principles
Purpose & Mission Statement:
CTI mobilizes young musicians to encourage the church, challenge disciples to loving action, and to share the message of Jesus Christ with those who may not know him. We accomplish through teams that put together gospel-centered programs featuring music, dramas and testimonies. By giving them the opportunity to share their faith, we help to develop Christian leadership and character in our participants to send them back to their communities better equipped to serve in whatever opportunities they may have.

Doctrinal Statement:
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe that the salvation of lost and sinful people is by the grace of God through faith and the shed blood of the Lord Jesus, and that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost. Those that are saved, to the resurrection of eternal life; and those that are lost, to eternal separation from God. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.

Trip Costs Details:
Everything needed for our programs is through fundraising. While part of the program our participants do not have any expenses outside of their fundraising.
Training Provided by Organization:
All of our team begin with a 2-3 week training interval
Application Process:
Our application process involves an online application, an audition, and personal references. It can be a fast process, but fundraising is normally the part that determines the amount of time needed to be ready to go with a team.
